Masala Paneer Stick Pakoda

Pakodas are usually served as a snack, appetizer or fast-foods. Pakodas are created by taking one or two ingredients, such as onion, potato, spinach, plantainpaneercauliflower, tomato, or chili pepper. They are also occasionally prepared with bread, here i have done some twist to traditional preparation of pakodas and applied my best knowledge to make it more testy and healthy. i hope you will try this at your kitchen, so let’s see the Ingredients...

For Marination of paneer and all vegetables:

Ingredients:
     ·        1 Capsicum
·        1 Deseeded tomato
·        1 Onions
·        100 gm Paneer
(All the above veges and paneer should be in cube cut)
·        1 Tbsp. Chaat masala
·        1 Tbsp. red chili powder
·        1 Tbsp. Cumin-coriander Powder
·        1 Tbsp. kitchen king garam masala
·        salt as per taste
·        Pinch Asafoetida
·        1/2 Tbsp. Turmeric Powder

Take one bowl and add all cube cut vegetables and paneer and add all the above spices and mix it well and give it 10 min rest.

Meanwhile prepare the better for outer layer.

Ingredients:
·        1 cup besan (Gram Flour)
·        1 cup water
·        1 Tbsp. ginger garlic Chilly (Mirch) paste
·        2 Tbsp. fresh chopped coriander leaves
·        Pinch of fruit salt
·        1 Tbsp. lemon juice
·        1 Tbsp. red chili powder
·        1 Tbsp. Cumin-coriander Powder
·        1 Tbsp. garam masala
·        Salt as per taste
·        Pinch of asafoetida
·        1/2 Tbsp. turmeric powder
·        2 Tbsp. warm oil

Mix it all in one bowl and give 5 min rest.
Now take one tooth pick or stick and arrange pieces of paneer, capsicum, onion one by one in stick, now dip the above combination in better prepared above so thin layer of better will form on it now deep fry it in oil. Your yummy masala paneer pakoda stick is ready sprinkle little bit of chaat masala on it and serve it with chili sauce or tomato ketchup.
