Pakodas are usually
served as a snack, appetizer or fast-foods. Pakodas are created
by taking one or two ingredients, such as onion, potato, spinach, plantain, paneer, cauliflower, tomato, or chili pepper. They are also occasionally prepared
with bread, here i have done some twist to traditional preparation of pakodas
and applied my best knowledge to make it more testy and healthy. i hope you
will try this at your kitchen, so let’s see the Ingredients...
For Marination of paneer and all vegetables:
Ingredients:

1 Capsicum
·
1 Deseeded tomato
·
1 Onions
·
100 gm Paneer
(All the above
veges and paneer should be in cube cut)

Tbsp. Chaat masala
·
1 Tbsp.
red chili powder
·
1 Tbsp. Cumin-coriander Powder
·
1 Tbsp.
kitchen king garam masala
·
salt
as per taste
·
Pinch
Asafoetida
·
1/2 Tbsp.
Turmeric Powder
Take one bowl and add all cube cut vegetables and paneer and add
all the above spices and mix it well and give it 10 min rest.
Meanwhile prepare the better for outer layer.
Ingredients:

1 cup
besan (Gram Flour)
·
1 cup
water
·
1 Tbsp.
ginger garlic Chilly (Mirch) paste
·
2 Tbsp.
fresh chopped coriander leaves
·
Pinch
of fruit salt
·
1 Tbsp.
lemon juice
·
1 Tbsp.
red chili powder
·
1 Tbsp. Cumin-coriander Powder
·
1 Tbsp.
garam masala
·
Salt
as per taste
·
Pinch
of asafoetida
·
1/2 Tbsp.
turmeric powder
·
2 Tbsp.
warm oil
Mix it all in one bowl and give 5 min rest.
Now
take one tooth pick or stick and arrange pieces of paneer, capsicum, onion one
by one in stick, now dip the above combination in better prepared above so thin
layer of better will form on it now deep fry it in oil. Your yummy masala
paneer pakoda stick is ready sprinkle little bit of chaat masala on it and
serve it with chili sauce or tomato ketchup.
